all possible measures to comply with them.
The main provisions of the publication ethics
of the journal are based on the above.
The duties of the editors

and technical problems of mining production” consists of leading domestic
and foreign scientists who are specialists in the fields of science that
correspond to the thematic focus of the journal.

members of the editorial board of the journal and reviewers regarding the
article.
The editorial board of the journal does
not allow the publication of articles, whose authors violated the
norms of publication ethics.
Members of the Editorial Board are obliged to
ensure the confidentiality of the content of the submitted manuscript
(including not using the ideas and information presented in the article
before its publication), except for those directly involved in the process
of its consideration.
The Editor has no right without the written
consent of the Author to use unpublished materials presented in the
submitted manuscript in his own research.
The editorial board evaluates the content-related
quality of manuscripts, regardless of ethnic origin, race, gender,
religious beliefs, sexual orientation, citizenship or political preferences
of the authors.
The editor should not participate in
the manuscript review in case of conflicts of interest resulting from
competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any
of the authors.
The editor should not allow the
publication of information if there is reason to assert that it contains
plagiarism.
In the event of non-compliance with
the recommendations for publication on the part of the authors, the editor sends substantiated comments and
suggestions to the authors under the condition of confidentiality of
the manuscript quality.
Ethical Principles of Reviewers’ Activities
Manuscript reviewing is an obligatory element of
the process of accepting materials submitted for publication.
Reviewing helps the
editor to make an adequate decision about publishing and through
appropriate interaction with authors can also help the author improve the
quality of the manuscript.
If a reviewer feels unqualified to review the
research presented in a manuscript or within proposed time-frame,
he/she should notify the editor and excuse himself/herself from the review
process.
Any manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document
that cannot be passed on to third parties without authority.
The reviewer, in the process of double blind
review, in the absence of any information about the author of the
manuscript, should ensure impartial, objective assessment of the scientific merit of
materials submitted for review. The reviewer must respect the intellectual
independence of the authors and respect the results of their research.
If the author does not agree with the comments
and suggestions of the reviewer, the final decision is
made by the editorial board meeting, which is subsequently presented
to the author.
Responsibility of the authors
Authors in the course of preparation of
materials should follow the recommendations presented on the site
of the journal.
The authors of the article should
provide accurate and original results of their
research. Fabricated or false statements are unacceptable.
Authors should guarantee the originality
of their research presented in the manuscript. They should
acknowledge all sources of data used in the research and cite publications
that have influenced their research. If the authors have used the work
and/or words of others, they have to ensure that this has
been appropriately cited or quoted. Excessive citations, as
well as plagiarism in any form, are considered
unethical and unacceptable.
The authors should not submit a
manuscript that has been sent to any other journal
and is under reviewing, as well as an article that has already been
published in another journal. All authors who have made a personal
contribution to the research should be included in the co-authorship of the
article. It is unacceptable to indicate among co-authors those who are not related to the research.
If the author finds important errors or
inaccuracies in the article at the stage of its review by the editor or
after its publication, he/she should inform the editor of the journal as
soon as possible.
Ethical principles of the publisher
The publisher must work in full compliance
with the editorial policy of the journal, taking into account relevant
legal requirements for defamation, copyright, legality and plagiarism.
The publisher may authorize the publication of
the journal to disclaim authors in the publication if the manuscript
revealed plagiarism and false information.
The activity of the journal is
not aimed at profit making.
