NEW APPROACHES AND RESULTS OF RESEARCHES ON RATIONALIZATION OF EXTRACTION OF MINERALS FROM BOWELS OF THE EARTH

ABSTRACT

 

Purpose. Ground of space of planning - area that on the base of well-known criteria of efficiency and methods of optimization is certain all project parameters and can provide rationalization of working off a deposit from the bowels of the earth.

Methods. Rationalization of working off the deposits of minerals can be realized due to possibility of application of well-known methods of optimization criteria of efficiency for the choice of technological parameters in difficult tasks.

Findings. Software is from specialized computer programs in relation to the choice of optimal acquisitions of cleansing equipment, for being of the shortest routes in a network to the model, dynamic programming of alternative count on a minimum, determination of rational level of products, for making decision in the conditions of vagueness.

Originality. Results of research for methodologies of the modern planning of parameters of working off strategic and critical mineral resources are new approach of ground of area of effective exploitation of deposits within the limits of providing of the rational use of bowels of the earth. For the choice of technological parameters in the difficult tasks of mastering of supplies of minerals from balance to the eventual products application of well-known methods of optimization and criteria of efficiency offer with bringing in of modern information technologies.

Practical implications. Offered approach scientific procedures of making decision allows to ground the area of effective exploitation alternative developers with different rights on using the bowels of the earth and different possibilities after finances, labour and material resources, to conduct the economic overvalue of supplies of deposits perspective for foreign investments, and also by frequent variant calculations it is possible to ground the change of standards.
