ABSTRACT

 

Purpose. Analysis of existent resources of researches on creation of technology of the optimal planning of the use by nature by the estimation of possibility of calculations of comparison economic and ecological variants of scenarios of mastering of deposit.

Methods. The European variant of model of demonstration of variety of possible scenarios of mastering of deposits can be realized as a reflection of stage-by-stage change of the state of supplies of deposits in the period of their exploitation as the acyclic graph and after his converting into a network can be optimized by means of corresponding software.

Findings. Demonstration of potential of development of researches in direction of optimization of network models by the method of the dynamic programming, what sufficient for realization of economic evaluation of ecological aspect of mastering useful of deposits, brought around to the example of calculations in the conditions of the real deposits.

Originality. First it offers for the rational use nature as a method of active the state mountain range at working off the deposits of minerals to carry out a design on the ecological and economic criteria of network of mountain processes as a stage-by-stage change of the state of their supplies from balance to the eventual products (including wastes of production) of the dynamic programming in accordance with that made decision on every stage must be the best in relation to a process on the whole a method.

Practical implications. On the basis of reliable geological and mine terms state information deposit and modern mine and concentrating technologies, and also at presence of classic calculable methods it is possible to realize potential of development of fundamental researches in relation to creation of technology of optimal planning of the effective mastering of deposits.
